Certified Angus Beef®

Certified Angus Beef® Ranch to Table is a direct partnership with Shamba Ranch. The program allows for consumers, chefs, and grocery stores to buy Shamba Ranch beef with the assurance of Certified Angus Beef® brand quality.

Our Black Angus are born and raised here on our ranch in Bentonville, Arkansas. Grass fed, hormone and antibiotic free. Know your rancher. Know your beef.

Who We Are

Shamba Ranch is a family-owned operation rooted in generations of dedication to quality ranching. Since 1958, our family has lived and worked on this land, raising Black Angus cattle with a focus on superior genetics, responsible stewardship, and time-honored traditions. Led by Dr. Don Rone, a veterinarian and lifelong cattleman, we ensure our cattle thrive in a natural, well-cared-for environment. Ranching is more than a business to us—it’s a way of life built on integrity, hard work, and a commitment to producing premium beef.

Our Goal

Our goal is to produce exceptional beef while upholding the highest standards of animal care and land stewardship. We believe in ethical ranching practices that prioritize the well-being of our cattle, the sustainability of our pastures, and transparency with our customers. Every step of our process, from selective breeding to careful herd management, is designed to ensure quality, flavor, and tenderness. Above all, we are committed to preserving the legacy of ranching and fostering a deeper connection between families and the food they enjoy. Pictured: A granddaughter bottle-feeding a twin calf. Cows don't always take a second baby therefore we bottle feed when required - a testament to our family’s hands-on approach.
