At Shamba Ranch, we are dedicated to raising high-quality Black Angus cattle with a focus on sustainability, ethical practices, and superior beef flavor. Our commitment to responsible ranching ensures that our cattle are raised in a natural, low-stress environment on the lush pastures of Northwest Arkansas. Unlike many producers, we never use hormones or growth-promoting antibiotics to artificially increase the size of our cattle. This means we willingly forgo 200-300 additional pounds per animal in favor of raising beef the right way—naturally, with integrity, and without shortcuts.

Certified Angus Beef ®
To earn the Certified Angus Beef® brand name, cattle must pass 10 quality standards. Only 3/10 of Angus qualify, and furthermore, only 3/100 qualify for Certified Angus Beef ® Prime, the highest of its class, which we are proud to offer.

Tallow
Our whipped beef tallow Moisturizing Cream is handmade using tallow products from the cattle grown on our Shamba Ranch. This tallow is from the pure suet, is triple rendered and filtered for a clean, pure white product. Available for shipping or pickup at our Shamba Meat Market. Cooking tallow available upon request.
